Dr Ahmad Ali

Dr Ali graduated from City University of New York, USA with honours in Bachelor of Science before relocating to Australia where he completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Sydney in 2001.

Dr Ali undertook his urology training in Brisbane, successfully attaining a fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2011. He gained further experience as a fellow at Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital in Brisbane, focusing on complicated stone surgery, laparoscopic kidney cancer surgery, incontinence surgery, stone diseases and prostate cancer surgery.

Dr Ali further enhances his surgical skills in Robotic (Prostate) and prosthetic urological surgery.

Dr Ali is a member of the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand. He is also senior lecturer at The University of Queensland and conducts private work at a number of locations across Brisbane, including Sunnybank, Ipswich, Redlands and Brookwater

Dr Ali specialises in surgery for prostate, kidney and bladder cancer, laparoscopic keyhole surgery for benign and malignant conditions, laser stone surgery, benign prosthetic surgery (TURP), green light laser prostate surgery, incontinence surgery penile prothesis and female urology.

In Dr Ali’s spare time he is either highly engaged in his local community organisations, volunteering in social welfare or at home spending time with his family of seven.
